In 2020, the Chabas Frio Group has delegated the implementation of our refrigerated logistics centre in Spain to EGEIN, with an execution deadline and investment cost without deviations.
EGEIN has carried out the engineering and turnkey construction of our refrigerated logistics platform, taking responsibility from the beginning to the start-up of the facilities as the sole interlocutor of the project and the works, with total satisfaction both in the design and functionality of the building, as well as in the quality of the materials and finishes.

Egein carried out the complete engineering and construction process for our new industrial warehouse and corporate offices in Bescanó, with total satisfaction on our part for the professionalism, quality and solvency of the technical and construction team. They have been in charge, as the sole interlocutor, of the turnkey projects and construction of the building, with strict compliance with the budget and the expected delivery time.

EGEIN has carried out the projects and execution of works for the refurbishment of the metal structure, façades and deck roofs at the Sant Joan les Fonts and Zaragoza mills, with high technical complexity due to the fact that the works are above the paper manufacturing machinery in operation, and with very restrictive execution deadlines, obtaining a great result, and with a high professionalism of both the engineering team and the assembly teams.

Egein has given us the utmost confidence, after having carried out the turnkey projects and execution of the Sils factory and subsequent extensions for our company, demonstrating experience and quality in their work.

Egein has built our new sausage factory, carrying out the entire project in a very satisfactory manner, having at all times a single interlocutor throughout the construction process, and in compliance with current regulations in the food and health field.

In 2013 we have built with Egein the new 6,000 m2 facilities for apple storage in controlled atmosphere, with an optimal quality-price ratio, and without deviations in the budget and in the execution period.

Egein has developed the design, architectural and engineering project, and the turnkey construction of our corporate office building in Barcelona and an industrial building in Montornés del Vallès, with an optimal quality-price ratio, meeting the established execution deadlines, and with all the guarantees and technical solvency.

Egein has executed the turnkey execution of the new vehicle inspection station in Girona, which is a European reference, and has also participated in the architecture, engineering and computer graphics for the conception of the new image for future inspection stations, with an innovative result and a relevant image.

Egein has carried out for Wala the whole process of urban management, engineering and construction for the implementation, design and turnkey execution of the new commercial facilities in Girona and Tarragona in an excellent way, through industrialised solutions for the optimisation of the technical project, and the minimisation of costs and execution times.

About 10 years ago, Egein developed the engineering, construction and turnkey installations of our R+D+i centre and offices in Espulgues de Llobregat, fulfilling the health requirements with total satisfaction and professionalism.
