Through this new engineering and construction project in Maresme (Barcelona), we are helping our client to optimize its operating area by expanding its industrial assembly and storage facilities, seeking maximum occupancy and buildability, with the greatest possible flexibility and connected to its current facilities.
We do this by constructing a two-story annex building with a metallic structure and collaborating floor, and incorporating a loading dock to increase turnover and provide a reduction in loading and unloading process times.
