Turnkey engineering and construction of a building divided into 4 commercial warehouses on the ground floor and office mezzanine. The main challenge of the project was the optimization of the repetitive structural system and the passive fire protection technical solutions between the different tenants. To achieve both objectives at the same time, we have developed a technical solution of a prestressed concrete girder that optimizes the technical solution while guaranteeing sectorization between buildings, increasing structural and economic efficiency, while reducing the assembly time. of the building.
