Pre-stressed structure in prefabricated concrete with large spans without intermediate pillars in the sales room, with a car park on the upper floor in order to increase the number of parking spaces for customers, with a significant reduction in the investment cost of the project in relation to the planned basement car park.
The investment cost of the project has been significantly reduced compared to the previously planned basement car park. Reduction of the investment cost and of the execution time in relation to the initial architectural project.
