At EGEIN, we are proud to have participated together with SinLuz Enginyeria in the engineering of LOGIS Empordà, a turnkey logistics center project for the efficient distribution of goods in northern Catalonia and the US. With a gross leasable area (GLA) of 13,764 m², the asset has 22 loading docks and a BREEAM environmental certification, which guarantees its energy efficiency and sustainability.
In addition, this project is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of 1 to 4 tenants, offering a tailor-made solution for any company looking to improve its supply chain in the area. Its strategic location in the heart of the Mediterranean Corridor makes it a major asset for the distribution of goods in Europe, with a direct impact on a population of 250 million inhabitants.
