Construction of a precast concrete commercial and office building

Comprehensive rehabilitation and urbanization of an old textile colony in Navarcles. EGEIN has successfully developed the turnkey engineering and construction of the new 6,000 m2 temperature-controlled logistics platform, R&D&I center, adaptation of offices and exterior urbanization of streets and parking lots in the former Colonia Galobart. This ambitious project was the result of the acquisition of SOSA INGREDIENTS, a Catalan company that is a leader in food ingredient innovation, by the multinational SAVENCIA Group, a world leader in dairy products and chocolates, who decided to commit to strengthening and increasing its operations and capacity to the entire group, giving full confidence to EGEIN, with international turnkey experience for industrial projects of this magnitude.
