qualitat i retorn. Quan integrem la PRL (<em>PREVENCI\u00d3 DE RISCOS LABORALS<\/em>) des del disseny, convertim l&#8217;obra en un proc\u00e9s governat per criteris t\u00e8cnics, no per improvisacions.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"ember162\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Marc clar \u00b7 qu\u00e8 exigeix avui la normativa a Espanya<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember163\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">La prevenci\u00f3 a l\u2019obra neix amb una obligaci\u00f3 doble: protegir les persones i garantir la continu\u00eftat del projecte.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"GMBOtFHoAAghrirZylueNQAwOcoayZpyXXQ \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1995-24292\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Llei 31\/1995<\/a> de prl i <a class=\"GMBOtFHoAAghrirZylueNQAwOcoayZpyXXQ \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1997-22614\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">rd 1627\/1997<\/a> defineixen el marc espec\u00edfic per a la construcci\u00f3 i exigeixen estudi de seguretat i salut, coordinador, pla de seguretat i salut, obertura de centre i llibre d\u2019incid\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"GMBOtFHoAAghrirZylueNQAwOcoayZpyXXQ \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2004-1848\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Rd 171\/2004<\/a> obliga a coordinar activitats empresarials quan intervenen diverses companyies i subcontractes.<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"GMBOtFHoAAghrirZylueNQAwOcoayZpyXXQ \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-1997-17824\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">Rd 1215\/1997<\/a> i <a class=\"GMBOtFHoAAghrirZylueNQAwOcoayZpyXXQ \" tabindex=\"0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2004-19311\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">rd 2177\/2004<\/a> regulen equips de treball i treballs temporals en altura, amb criteris d\u2019elecci\u00f3 del mitj\u00e0 d\u2019acc\u00e9s, revisions i autoritzacions.<\/li>\n<li>Guies t\u00e8cniques de l\u2019INSST aclareixen criteris i bones pr\u00e0ctiques per a l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de riscos, planificaci\u00f3, EPI, senyalitzaci\u00f3, permisos de treball i emerg\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember165\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 significa a l\u2019obra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember166\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Apliquem avaluaci\u00f3 per fase, permisos d\u2019alt risc (<em>altura, elevacions, espais confinats, el\u00e8ctrics<\/em>), selecci\u00f3 i \u00fas d\u2019EPI conforme a normativa, senyalitzaci\u00f3 i plans d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia, amb coordinaci\u00f3 documental i operativa viva entre promotor, direcci\u00f3 facultativa, coordinaci\u00f3 de seguretat i salut, contractistes i subcontractes.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"ember167\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Com ho apliquem a EGEIN \u00b7 de la norma a la pr\u00e0ctica<\/h3>\n<p id=\"ember168\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Treballem amb un principi senzill i exigent: seguretat per disseny i per proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Disseny preventiu des del projecte<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember170\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Integrar accessos segurs, circulacions segregades, radis de gir, proteccions col\u00b7lectives, l\u00ednies de vida i solucions PCI des de l\u2019origen, perqu\u00e8 l\u2019obra neixi alineada amb la futura operaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BIM i seq\u00fcenciaci\u00f3 segura<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember172\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Modelam fases i muntatges per anticipar interfer\u00e8ncies, planificar elevacions i definir zones d\u2019exclusi\u00f3.
